At StyleBoost by Becks, we take pride in offering thoughtfully curated resale pieces and personalized styling services. Due to the nature of our business, all sales and services are subject to the following policy.

All resale items are final sale. Because our inventory consists primarily of pre-owned, thrifted, or one-of-a-kind pieces, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for any purchased items. We make every effort to accurately describe and photograph each item, including condition, sizing, and any notable imperfections. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and accept these terms.

If you receive an item that is significantly different from its description or arrives damaged due to shipping, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at [Insert Email]. We will review the issue and, at our discretion, may offer a resolution such as a credit towards future services or purchases

All shipping costs are non-refundable. StyleBoost by Becks is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they have been transferred to the shipping carrier.

For in-person pickup orders, items must be collected within a reasonable timeframe. Items not picked up within 14 daysmay be forfeited without refund unless prior arrangements have been made.

Styling services, including consultations, closet edits, shopping services, and styling experiences, are non-refundable once completed. If you are unsatisfied with your experience, we encourage you to reach out so we can address your concerns.
